Our Story:
Our story started simply with a sick cow and the need for a doctor. The lack of resources in our small village prompted the matriarch of our family Sarva Mangala Durgam and her husband Basavarajayya Durgam of dreaming of doing something more for their community. What started with a veterinary clinic has grown into a multitude of programs improving the lives of countless people in the village of Bashettihalli. After our founders' passing, we continue to stay dedicated to aiding this community in every way we can.

Girish
Girish has been our local trust manager for many years now. Because of his efforts, we are able to conduct our projects remotely. Girish is also a priest, looks after our family temple, and manages all our assets. He interfaces with all our schools and is the vice chairman of Samoodhaya Bhavan Trust board. Girish is one of the most instrumental member of our organization, coordinating all trust activity. Without him, most of our activities could not be accomplished.
